To encourage our field employees to maintain safe working habits, each field employee is enrolled in the Safety Bonus Program we developed. This program gives them the opportunity to benefit financially from their safe work records, which mutually benefits both our customers and RMI, Inc. The results of our safety program have been proven since it’s inception. Most recently, we achieved going 500,000 manhours without losing any time due to an accident over the course of 4 years at the Mosaic Faustina Plant in Donaldsonville, Louisiana.
